Health Equity Posters

HBCU Scholars will create a health equity poster based on their public health interest areas that will be presented towards the end of the program.

Scholars will be expected to conduct a literature review, identify current statistics and research to create a poster that is scientifically accurate and uses visuals to communicate health equity challenges and solutions to the public health topic being addressed.

Scholars participate in a research poster showcase hosted by Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. The showcase is tentatively planned for the last of week of July 2024.
